Just after 6:00 pm, WCFD was dispatched to assist Goshen Fire Company with a reported building fire in the 1600 block of East Boot Rd.
Engine 52-2 arrived as the first due engine, crews stretched a hand line and investigated. Crews located the source of the smoke to the HVAC, the incident was scaled back and turned over to maintenance.
