Last month the West Chester Fire Department held its annual banquet at the Penn Oaks Country Club to recognize the time and dedication of our volunteers.

During the evening, many awards were presented to members of the department which included our Firefighter of the Year awards. The 2022 Firefighters of the year were presented to:

Bailey Coon of First West Chester Fire Co., Engine Co. 51

Justin Haas of Good Will Fire Company #2 of West Chester

Will Romano of Fame Fire Co. No. 3

Also, Past Department Chief Dale McClure was recognized and was presented an award for 50 years of active service to the First West Chester Fire Company and the West Chester Fire Department.
